Mandarin Collins

50ml Mandarin One Drop

25ml lemon juice

25ml sugar syrup

3 dash Orange Bitter

Top up with Mastiho Mandarin

Mix all the ingredients in a shaker and double strain them.

Serve your drink in Collin’s glass or a Homeric miniature.
